The Pillars of Inner Peace
We are beset on all sides with things that stress us out. Stress is a major factor in many chronic health issues such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Obesity.
While there are many things we can do to treat stress, wouldn’t it be better to not get stressed in the first place?
This class will describe a way to reach a place of inner peace so strong that the normal day to day stresses will have little effect on your emotional state. It is designed to be understandable by anyone without requiring knowledge of “wo-wo” concepts or complex rituals. However for those who believe in those things, they can be incorporated into reaching that goal of inner peace.
The class will describe three steps that you can take to strengthen your view of yourself and inspire Self Confidence. Also, ways of how to achieve those steps, in a manner that anyone who desires to can reach them, will be discussed. Come to this class and change your life.
